ALMA

ALMA (Aim, Learn, Master, Achieve) is a European Union initiative aimed at supporting young people who are not in any kind of employment, education or training (NEETs). The initiative aims to promote the active inclusion and employment of beneficiaries by improving their skills, knowledge and experience and enabling them to establish new contacts across Europe.

The pilot implementation of ALMA is the starting point for the country’s participation in mobility programs, focusing on the most vulnerable groups of young people, providing them with the opportunity to live and work in another country of the European Union. Living the European experience, they will acquire knowledge and skills (basic and horizontal) and strengthen their self-confidence. The ALMA programme through cross-border mobility aims to provide incentives and skills for new employment, education and training opportunities.
